‘ MINUTES OF THE 4th QUARTER SACMARC MEETING 17 Decemaber 2010 WENDY'S RESTAURANT, GALVIN RD., BELLEVUE, NE1. The meeting was called to order by the President, KB0ZZT, at 1902 CST on Friday, 17 December 2010. Present at the meeting were: George Bellairs - KB0ZZT, Frank Taylor – AA0ZP, Bob McCoy – NB0B, John Sheffield – N4OWG, Dennis Mitchell – KC0YKN, Roy Gertig – N0RG, and Bill Venter – KG0AR. A quorum was present. There were no minutes of the previous quarterly meeting (3rd Qtr 2010) as there was not a quorum. The President asked for a review and approval of the 2nd quarters minutes. The Treasurer provided the Treasurer’s report and it was approved as presented. There were no new expenses. A copy of the report was made available for the record. He reported that there were 46 current members and of the 42 licensed members, 28 are ARRL members. This is sufficient to maintain status as an ARRL affiliated club.Officer Reports: The President stated that the SAC Museum business was closed, there being no further correspondence or interest. Other officers had no reports.New Business: Special Event activity was conducted on Veterans Day, Thursday 11 Nov. The new Director was most helpful and provided great support for the station and operators. A letter to the Director expressing the club’s gratitude was sent to the Director by the President.Election of club officers for 2011 was held. The present slate of officers all volunteered to serve another year. The board approved the entire slate by a vote of 6 to 1. The board voted to conduct another Veterans Day Special Event in 2011. Quarterly meetings for 2011 are scheduled for 18 March, 17 June, 16 September and 16 December at 1900 local, at Wendy's in Bellevue..There being no further business, the President adjourned the meeting at 1921 CDT ..
